Amsterdam 25-27 october.
A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to attend the Blender Conference 2019 at Amsterdam. It’s hard to put in a few words how inspiring and promising the future looks for Blender, but if you want to have an idea how is it to be, check out those videos from our good friends at Chocofur Store and the work of Dimitar Pouchnikov.

Season’s greetings and a Happy New year
from the Wire Collective team.
Florence 29th-30th September 2018
Very busy week at Wire Collective!
Lot of interesting projects going on but we always try to find time to improve our skills. Last week we had the chance to attend Mtsys workshop “Design visual identities” by Karim Moussa’s in Florence.
We have been following his great work for a long time and it was great to catch up with such talented and experienced artist.
We feel it’s important to keep ourselves always in an open confrontation with other artists, in order to improve our technical skills and our artistic capabilities.
As artist, it’s important for us to exercise our “artistic eyes” to explore striking visual narratives that highlight the main architectural design intent.
The aim of the workshop was to show how to be an art director and not just a renderer, something it’s part of our core at Wire Collective.
Another important point of the conference was about the efficient communication of ideas and exploration of unique visual languages. The communication with the client it’s one of the most important (and challenging) parts of our job, and we always try to find the best shot to enlighten their work at the best.
We are really happy to have been a part of the workshop with so many other great artists. Thanks to Karim and all the team at Mtsys for such a great workshop!
After a long time in preparation, we are happy to share our new website and logo with you.
Fran Berbegal has been in charge of creating the new corporate logo and look for Wire Collective.
The team at Cruce Creativo have done an amazing job with our new minimalist web.
We have are more updates coming soon!

The image Goldstein2001 was a quick personal project done for fun in 2014 that took me around 3h in Photoshop.
The reference for the image is the “Goldstein House” designed by John Lautner. The still modern lines of the house reminded me of the old Hollywood Sci-fi movies, like “2001 a Space Odyseey” and I wanted to make a mysterious looking mood scene, like at the end of Stanley Kubrik’s film. The base photography for the image can be found here: archithings blog.
